Delivery information
UK delivery costs £6 per order. This includes packaging and special delivery.
International delivery costs £6 per order. This includes packaging and 'international signed for'
All jewellery is made to order. We will endevour to deliver your jewellery to you within two to three weeks from placing your order.
All payments must be authorised before shipping.
Packaging
All jewellery will be sent to you in a gift box and packaged securely.
Return and refund policy
Items may be returned in their original, unworn state within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 28 days
Unfortunately due to health and safety we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Please email Nicola to arrange returns. You will be required to give your name, address, details of product and reason for return. We can then advise you on how to proceed.
The item remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend special delivery to insures your item.
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and any original postal costs incurred can only be refunded if the item is faulty and reported within 7 days of customer receiving item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Late and lost deliveries
If your item has been delayed please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number.
International
Due to distance and customs items can sometimes be delayed.
We can not take responsibility for these delays.
Items that are not received but tracked as being delivered ie post rooms, colleagues signing for them cannot be replaced or refunded. You can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail. It is recommended to have items delivered to your home.
Nicola Pulvertaft jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods being lost or delayed in transit.
